With most courses you suffer when you return to work. You’ve lost time, you struggle to connect the learning to your reality, there’s even more to learn and less time to learn it.
Agent ∆ is designed to help you work on your organisation as you learn and share. Agent ∆ will allow you to focus on developing a deep understanding of the dynamics of your organisations business model(s), the influencers that drive change & disruption, explore uncertain futures, explore your customers experiences of your products/services, negotiate change and change resistance effectively, understand the consumption economics of modern architectures, identify opportunities to transform, build the business case for change & finally design modern architectures to digitally enable your organisation.
We draw our inspiration from adventurers working in the areas of architecture, business model innovation, design thinking, service design, lean change and brain-friendly change.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Public sector organisations need to maximize the value from investments made in technology and change. Citizens are demanding digital delivery of citizen services and an enhanced citizen experience even as the challenges of OPEX and CAPEX remain. Striking out on your own can be daunting, there are so many options and potential pitfalls. Sharing experiences with other like-minded colleagues is essential, however without support it can be hard both to introduce the learning and to sustain progress.
Agent ∆ is delivered in a fast-paced active participatory style. We have regular guest speakers with experience in areas like data protection, finance, design thinking, workload analysis, service orientation. We will learn new ways and tools with which we can tackle of our real world challenges .
The process of learning is inclusive, promoting discussion. Our foundation is based on emergent learning. If you want to learn, you have to share.
Go from idea to execution using fast, experimental models for change. Over the 12 weeks we will support you in introducing rapid evolutionary experimental changes into your organisation. Our key partners IASA, Accelare & Microsoft along with otherswe will provide you with access to tools that directly support & optimize the work we will do on this program.
